How To Orchestrate The Perfect Theme
Here at The Family Tie Project, we love cheese. From wedding cakes made of cheese tiers, to fondue themed bachelorette parties, and everything in between, you won’t find a bigger group of cheese lovers than ours. That’s why we were over to moon to learn we’d been selected to participate in Cheeselandia, sponsored by Wisconsin Cheese.
Over the next few posts, we’ll break down how we achieved the perfect cheese party, from cheesy theme to cheesy execution! If you’re interested in your own cheese themed (or anything else themed party, we’re not picky!), contact us today to get started.
Cheeselandia created a community of cheese lovers, hand selecting passionate ambassadors, giving each the opportunity to celebrate Wisconsin Cheese. We knew it had to be special. Knowing the exclusivity of this opportunity, we began to dream of our vision.
Three things came to mind: farm, rustic, and cheese
Sticking to the theme is important so that your party or event can maintain its true purpose. The theme can help you stay organized and keep your thoughts on track. Theme determines things such as the overall guest experience, location, mood, lighting, colors, and food & beverage choices.
We chose to host Cheeselandia at Mertle Farm because it complimented our theme perfectly. The rustic feels, long farm table, and chic decor would help bring out the classic farm to table look we imagined. We knew the dining room would be the main focal point. It has lots of natural light, white walls, and an open floor plan. All crucial things to consider when choosing your host location. It should be a cohesive experience and blend together creating the perfect THEME!
